High school teaches us many things beyond textbooks. One of the most memorable skills I learned was cooking in my Home Science class. It wasn’t just about following recipes — it was about patience, creativity, and independence.

I still remember the excitement of preparing simple dishes for the first time. From making tea to trying basic snacks, every small success boosted my confidence. It also taught me the importance of measurements, timing, and teamwork with classmates.

Cooking in school made me realize that life skills are just as important as academic knowledge. Even today, those small lessons remind me that learning something practical can stay with us forever.

Sometimes, the simplest lessons from school become the most valuable ones in life.
