What’s the most interesting local custom you’ve encountered?

Living in Bangalore has taught me that festivals are not just celebrations — they are feelings woven into everyday life. One of the most beautiful local customs I’ve witnessed here is the heartfelt dedication people have towards pujas and traditions.
From elegant silk sarees worn during festivals to the intricate rangolis decorating the entrance of homes, every little detail reflects love, devotion, and respect for culture. Early morning temple bells, the fragrance of flowers and incense, and families gathering together create a peaceful warmth that instantly touches the soul.
What makes it truly special is how traditions are celebrated with both grace and simplicity. Even in a fast-moving city life, people still take time to honor their roots beautifully.
Sometimes, the most powerful traditions are the ones that make a house feel like a temple and a festival feel like home.
With love & cosmic guidance,
