How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Building a fitness routine doesn’t mean becoming perfect overnight. The real secret is consistency, not intensity. Start small, stay realistic, and allow your body to grow stronger step by step.
Choose an activity you genuinely enjoy — walking, yoga, dancing, gym workouts, stretching, cycling, or even a quick home workout. When fitness feels enjoyable instead of forced, it becomes easier to continue regularly.
Set a simple schedule for yourself. Even 20–30 minutes daily can create a huge difference over time. Your body loves routine, and slowly your mind will also start craving movement and positive energy.
Most importantly, avoid comparing your journey with others. Some days you’ll feel motivated, and some days you won’t — and that’s completely normal. The goal is not perfection. The goal is showing up for yourself again and again.
