A Proverb I Think Is Completely Wrong
“Good things come to those who wait.”
I respectfully disagree.
Waiting alone doesn’t create opportunities. Action does.
If a farmer only waits for a harvest but never plants seeds, nothing grows. If a dreamer keeps waiting for the “perfect time,” that perfect time may never arrive. Success, love, healing, and growth usually come to those who take small steps while they wait.
A better version would be:
“Good things come to those who work, learn, and stay patient.”
Patience is important, but patience without action often becomes procrastination in disguise.
Soul Reflection
The Universe may open doors, but we still have to walk through them. Trust divine timing, but don’t forget to take inspired action toward your dreams.
