Forget flight delays, overpriced hotels, and that one suitcase wheel that suddenly decides to retire at the airport. 😄

Today’s vacation question is much more important:

If you could spend one week in ANY fictional world, where would you go?

And yes, your boss cannot call you there. That rule is non-negotiable. 😂

🪄 My Pick: The Wizarding World

If I had to choose, I’d probably pack my bags for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Imagine waking up and casually saying:

“Should I take the bus today?”

Absolutely not.

I’m flying on a broom. 🧹😂

Breakfast would be somewhere near Hogwarts, afternoon shopping would happen in Diagon Alley, and by evening I’d be sitting in a cosy corner drinking Butterbeer while pretending I completely understand Quidditch.

And luggage?

One spell.

Done.

Honestly, magic would solve at least 70% of my vacation problems. 😄

🏰 But Narnia Would Be Tempting Too…

A magical wardrobe that leads to another world?

That’s basically the most exciting closet upgrade ever.

In Narnia, you get talking animals, snowy forests, castles, adventure and the possibility of having tea with creatures who are far more interesting than half the people at networking events. 😂

The only problem?

I would probably spend my entire holiday asking every cupboard:

“Is THIS the magical one?”

🌿 Middle-earth for the Food Lovers

If I visited Middle-earth, I would have just one goal:

Live like a Hobbit.

Breakfast.
Second breakfast.
Elevenses.
Lunch.
Afternoon tea.
Dinner.
Supper.

Finally—a fictional universe that truly understands work-life balance. 😂

Forget destroying magical rings. I’m staying in the Shire with snacks.

⚡ Pokémon World Would Be Pure Fun

Imagine travelling with a tiny adorable creature who also happens to have superpowers.

No boring sightseeing.

You’re walking through forests, discovering new places, meeting Pokémon and somehow getting involved in dramatic adventures every 20 minutes.

Although knowing my luck, everyone else would get Pikachu and I’d end up travelling with a Pokémon whose special talent is taking naps. 😴

Actually…

That sounds perfect.

💗 And Then There’s Barbie Land…

Pink houses.

Perfect outfits.

Beach days.

Dance parties.

And apparently nobody worries about electricity bills.

Please send the booking link immediately. 😂

I’d arrive with one suitcase and somehow leave with 47 outfits and an identity crisis.

😂 The Worlds I Would NOT Vacation In

Some fictional worlds are wonderful to watch from the comfort of your sofa.

Visit them?

Absolutely not.

Game of Thrones: I would like to remain alive, thank you.

The Hunger Games: I said vacation, not survival training.

Jurassic Park: Gorgeous scenery. Slight dinosaur problem. 🦖

The Walking Dead: Zero stars on TripAdvisor.

Sometimes fiction teaches us a valuable lesson:

Not every beautiful destination requires a personal visit. 😂

🌟 Maybe That’s Why Fiction Feels So Magical

The fun thing about fictional worlds is that they allow us to escape ordinary life for a little while.

For a few pages or a few episodes, we can become explorers, witches, superheroes, princesses, detectives or people who somehow have enough money to live in huge apartments without ever going to work. 😄

And perhaps that little escape is good for us.

Our imagination reminds us that life doesn’t always have to be serious.

Sometimes we need wonder.

Sometimes we need adventure.

And sometimes…

we simply need second breakfast. 😂
