Who Is Your Favourite Cartoon Character? Mine Is Tom & Jerry! 🐱🐭

Some cartoons entertain you for a few years.

And then there is Tom & Jerry — the kind of cartoon that somehow follows you from childhood straight into adulthood. 😂

If someone asks me, “Who is your favourite cartoon character?” I honestly find it difficult to choose between the two.

Because what is Tom without Jerry?

And what is Jerry without Tom?

Tom spends half his life making complicated plans to catch one tiny mouse, while Jerry calmly turns every plan into a disaster. Chairs break, plates fly, doors slam, walls collapse… and somehow they are ready for another round five minutes later. 😆

But underneath all that chasing, fighting and drama, there is something strangely sweet about their relationship.

They may annoy each other endlessly, but when one of them is genuinely in trouble, the other often shows up.

Sounds familiar?

That is basically friendship, siblinghood and half our relationships in one cartoon. 😂

Tom & Jerry also taught us some very important life lessons:

Never underestimate the smaller person.

Not every brilliant plan actually works.

Sometimes your biggest headache is also your favourite companion.

And most importantly…

Life is much more fun when you don’t take every little thing seriously.

Maybe that is why Tom & Jerry still makes us laugh even after watching the same episodes again and again.

No complicated dialogue.

No heavy storyline.

Just expressions, timing, madness and pure comedy.

So yes, my favourite cartoon will always have a special place reserved for Tom & Jerry. ❤️
