What’s One Thing You Wish You Had Started Doing Earlier in Life?

If there is one thing I wish I had started earlier in life, it would be studying Psychology.

I have always felt drawn towards understanding people — their emotions, relationships, fears, choices, struggles and the stories they carry silently within themselves.

Over time, I realised that sometimes people do not need someone to solve their problems. They simply need someone who can listen without judging, understand what they are going through and gently encourage them to see their own strength.

That is what attracted me towards psychology and counselling.

I wanted to learn more about the human mind so that I could encourage people, support them emotionally and help them develop a healthier perspective towards life.

Today, through counselling, relationship facilitation, CBT, NLP, Tarot, Astrology and spiritual healing, I am able to connect with people in many different ways. Every conversation teaches me something new about human emotions — and about myself too.

Would my journey have been different if I had started psychology earlier?

Perhaps.

But I also believe that life experiences became a part of my education. The challenges, relationships, disappointments and lessons I experienced helped me understand people with more empathy.

So instead of regretting that I did not begin earlier, I remind myself:

It is never too late to begin something that feels meaningful to your soul.

You may not have started at 20, 30 or even 40 — but you can start today.

Because sometimes the dream that keeps returning to your heart is not reminding you of what you missed.

It is reminding you of what you are still capable of becoming. 💜

Question of the Day:
What is one thing you wish you had started doing earlier in life?
